500 hectares of different varieties such as Arbequina, Coratina, Picual, Frantoio, Arbosana and Koroneiki
With a super intensive planting model, the harvest can be done fully mechanized taking less than 24 hrs in going from olives to extra virgin olive oil, key factor in order to get the best possible extra virgin product.
250 hectares of walnut trees conform this orchard.
The chosen variety is Chandler as it is the right on to guarantee a superior quality given by its predominant extra light color, optimum calibers and the best possible yield.
This new project was launched in 2019 with a initial surface of 100 hectares. Eureka, Benjamín Andes and Messina were the chosen varieties due it´s characteristics.
